Eat whatever you want because after the extraction, it'll be 5+ days before you can eat anything but soft foods (mash potatoes, protein shake, etc). Unless, of course, if your extraction's after effect involves using medication that will cause constipation. In that case maybe it's a good idea not to eat anything that will be hard to excrete.
Never had full anesthetic for teeth extraction before, my dentist doesn't seem to believe in that so I had 4 removed using only local anesthetic.
At any rate, make sure you keep the gauze in your mouth for a 1.5 hours after the extraction at least to prevent dry socket. Don't do any kind of spitting or gargle or drinking using straw because the suction created by these actions also lead to dry socket.
