I thought i posted it here and I hope i didn't post it in the non-spoiler thread, but...
I wasn't sure if Goodman was completely telling the truth about accidentally hitting her on the road because the replay looked like he rammed her, right? Right. It's obvious later as the plot unfolds that he was targeting her but I was trying to figure out how he knew to ram her car specifically on a dark road without seemingly any hesitation. Then it hit me while i was on my way home that it was Goodman in the truck that was creeping her the fuck out at the lonely gas station at the beginning. She was a mark all along and it was like a eureka moment. Everything that i was trying to add up made sense. As did the presence of the other guy who Goodman really was looking for an excuse to off after seeing how close he and his love interest were. He only needed an excuse so that he could finally be alone with is waifu, his next victim.
If not for the completely coincidental explosion/invasion and that guy forcing his way in...and subsequently Goodman not quite being sure what to do about the young guy's rather invasive and irritating presence slowing his ability to be with his new love interest, there's no telling what may have happened to her. or when.
