16 Personalities - which one are you?

I don't know how I feel about this. Some stuff in my response applies, some of it doesn't. Looked at a few others that I felt fit, again, some applies some doesn't.

Doesn't seem like there's a niche just for me.

Guess I'm special.

I know lots of people don't put much behind MBTI and such, but for myself it was life changing for the better. Understanding why I was doing certain things, realizing I'm not a crazy person, it's just how I'm wired was so liberating!

ENFP btw.

Yep yep yep. I don't like it when people unfairly judge MBTI. Of course you can use it in a vague pop psychology/astrology way, but for me it's been such an important tool in understanding myself and other people. It's been so validating. It can make communication so much easier. It can make you aware that people make decisions and process information in entirely different ways. The Intuition and sensor thing for instance.

The key word is 'tool'. It doesn't define your entire personality.

I'm an INFP, by the way. Gonna find me an ENFJ boyfriend this year.. Joking. But the xNFJs I've met always trigger something in me, haha.

I tend to get along along with NTJs. I recently made a new friend who's an ENTJ and we communicate SO well even though some of my tendencies should annoy the heck out of him. We do clash at times but we could literally sit and talk for 8 hours, when he's not being productive.

ISFP "The Adventurer". Lol.
Same here, I'm one of the least adventurous people I know too! But a lot of the descriptions for ISFP fit me well.

Other sites refer to it as 'The Artist' - I'm hopeless at art too, though I've always enjoyed the design/UI stuff of my jobs far more than the actual programming parts (which is great when you consider I'm a programmer)

ISFP!
I did this last year and saved the page.
EDIT: Took it again, I got INFP-T (mediator) which seems more like me than ISFP ever described me as.

Myers-Briggs. I thought the entire system was based on the work of two amateur psychologists who relied heavily on Jungian archetypes. I thought it was discredited...

.

Reading the strengths and weaknesses led to an audible "that's me in a nutshell". Hot potatoes.

INTJ, as per usual.

I don't put too much stock into these as they're often written in such a way that you can see parts of yourself in nearly any description, but I have to admit INTJ does describe me pretty well. Even the weaknesses. Especially the weaknesses.
