Haha, what an awful review. The whole thing's a slam on the style, while saying nearly nothing of the substance. What the reviewer does say about the game's combat system is as such:

"It's deep, but that's not my thing."
"The battles are hard."
"It's not Final Fantasy X "

Played it, loved the intro, love the concept, but just couldn't get absorbed by it. I wasn't impressed by the fighting engine, the character names were far too normal, and even though on paper it sounds like the kind of game I should love (deformed gundam RPG omg yez) I just failed to make a connection with anything about the game and haven't gone back to it since.
