I love this movie. It's up there in the Holy Trinity of Cage with The Rock and Face/Off, which I'm glad to have seen already mentioned.

The last time I saw it was a couple of months ago during an all-night Nick Cage marathon a cinema put on and damn if I still can't quote it word-for-word. Cage has never been more of a badass. The supporting cast were fantastic, too. Malkovich playing Cyrus was schlocky as hell but really enjoyable, Buscemi as Garland Greene was just the best piece of casting ever.

Greene: Now you're talking semantics. What if I told you insane was working 50 hours a week in some office for 50 years at the end of which they tell you to piss off? Best campy nostalgia fix. Loved it when it was back on VHS; great time with the family watching it. Best bad guy nicknames, a family live story, high impact action, Nicholas Cage at his best, John Cusack and a highlight of 90s kickass drama. MTV style soundtrack, the works.
