I'm pretty surprised at the quality. I thought 2008 would begin slowly after the awesome that was 2007 but so far the momentum just keeps on rolling. So far, I have Endless Ocean, Lost Odyssey, Culdcept Saga, Advance Wars: DoR, and Professor Layton. If there aren't any huge delays, I'll have to purchase Brawl, Mario Kart, Crisis Core, and a legion of DS titles in the next two months alone.

yes, i was only addressing playstation 3 owners. surely the spirit of my post was to attack and criticize people for their ownership of a consumer electronics product, and not for their puerile bickering about whose consumer electronics product was going to have "the better year."

My point was that on GAF, someone doing that was a foregone conclusion. The comment introduced consoles differences to a thread that didn't need them, everything thereafter is the natural GAF development resulting from that.

I can't remember for sure, but I think this year is starting off better than 2007 did. That year broke off with Lost Planet and Crackton as my big releases, and while there's nothing close to The Crack yet, starting off with Burnout Paradise, DMC4, Rez HD, and Lost Odyssey makes me wonder if not only will 2008 be just as good as 2007 (this is just as a 360 owner, mind) but it might be better.

Also, three seasons of Lost in HD at my fingertips.
