Agreed. But they had lost sight of that. Shit gets tough when you start to believe your own hype.

And by the way for that dude grasping for straws, Dirk didn't travel.

I thought he was close to carrying the ball but nah and they're not going to call that.

The media are unsurprisingly making a heck of a lot about nothing though pointing out that he finished A LAYUP with his hurt finger.

The move was the best part of that play, I was just surprised Wade didn't slam the ball home while it was still in the cylinder.
 
Anyone who missed the game should ask Frankman about the replay where Mark Jackson ran off every one of his catch phrases except for hand down man down. It was magnificent.

Internet down during the game but those last few minutes I sat in silence not wanting to jinx the comeback.
Unbelievable victory. Didn't think they could do that to the heat like they did the Thunder.
 
Man the one time I let myself feel like we won the championship we do this. Honestly I have not felt this bad about a sporting event in years, I have grown numb of the Dolphins, they used to do this to me. In a strange way it feels good to feel so much about a team again, the last few years have been rough as a sports fan.

Time to watch GTTV, hopefully I see some cool stuff that will cheer me up a bit. I know its just one game, I will be fine just not tonight.

Dude its one game.. hell even you were saying this was going 6.. I was assuming we would split in miami but I know what hurts is losing after being up 15 with 7 left and no showing the last 4min.

But I have to see bullshit like "Your commentators were cheerleading for you and you still lost" or "Wade had offensive cylinder but the Mavs prevailed through the NBA protecting their superstars all night"

Like how can I read that and not be annoyed

Exactly its all about how we lost. It was over, series over. WTF happened. We are fans watching, we can think stuff like that, the problem is that the players thought that way as well, they are professionals, they cant fucking do that.

One game but it altered the entire series and a win like that can inspire a team and destroy another.

I had endless Paul Pierce wannabes calling the series over. Telling me how there was NO WAY the Lakers/Kobe could win in Boston.

How the Lakers/Kobe won their "sneak in" championship in 09 and how Kobe (not the Lakers) would never win again.

How the Lakers/Kobe should feel lucky to have won Game 1.

And bear in mind, most of these people saying shit like this, weren't even Czzz fans.

"Kobe/Lakers" were interchangeable.

Saw that on Sportscenter. I am going to have heart attacks during game 3 as that will be the hangover game, not good.

That said almost no one comes from 0-2 down to win and we did it so streaks are meant to be broken. That is my defense is we lose game 3.

It's amazing that a team can have the #1 and #2 biggest douchebags in the league. Hopefully that shit gets fixed in the collective bargaining agreement.
