They had some drama early:

OJ Mayo suspension
Gay injured for the season
Randolph and Marc started the season injured I believe. Marc for sure, he couldnt jump on his left foot and played anyways.

Once they knew Gay was out for the year, OJ accepted his 6th man role and they made some EXCELLENT trades they were pretty much reborn halfway through the season. Last year their biggest issue was bench play and they have fixed that in a big, big way, leaving their starters more rested up.
