That they werent going to win shit. That Kobe wont win another title if hes playing with Thug Bynum and large Clitoris Gasol. That narring injury the Heat have this season on lock.

Ive been very consistent about the Lakers since December 2010.

Except Kobe at this stage isnt going to be able to carry his team to the type of success he has in the past. Hes a walking corrizone shot who needs to become the second option. Get D12 over here for Bynum and PussGasol.
 
I know this is a very particular metric, but Kobe dropped the highest point total by someone with 16+ seasons under their belt. Not bad for "the 7th best player in the league" as per ESPN. I dont think betting on a 50+ point game soon is out of the question. That German doctor must be the truth...

The Lakers have no chance at winning a ring this year barring a major roster change.

Also, The entire Knicks roster is garbage.

Look fellas, I fucked up. It was a hastily made bet in the heat of the moment and I didn't honor it because, shit, that's a long ass time and it was a stupid bet. Throw me a bone.

Going from an inept New Orleans offense to Griffin & Co. I figured his numbers would uptick a bit but it's not happening, at least not yet. Even his assists are down from last year (9.8 vs. 8.4). Makes no sense. Chauncey's killing that team. He's a black hole that's taking way too many shots at a Brandon Jennings-like 37% and just has the ball in his hands way too damn much. They have to get rid of this asshole. CP3 is 10x the player he is so why is he playing second fiddle.

You typed up that big paragraph for nothing. The bet was after it was already 0-3 not before the series started. It was just for the one game. Nobody would take the bet if it was before the series started.

Kobe's knee hasn't felt better in years. The experimental platelet-rich plasma therapy worked great. He's putting up these numbers with a bum wrist too.

"Needs to be the second option"... I almost puked reading that. He's the best player in the NBA.

Speaking of Kobra Kai, I saw Jackie Chan's Karate Kid a few days ago after boycotting it since it was announced due to my affinity for Daniel Laurso and Mr.Miyagi. I was very impressed with Jackie Chan's Karate Kid.

He'd be the best second option in the league, no doubt. He simply cannot carry this team to the first seed. Say what you want about LeBron (and I do) but the fact remains that with a team that had less core pieces than Kobe currently has, he led his team to the best record back to back. Kobe is too old, too worn down to do that and with teams like the Thunder, Bulls, and Heat being top notch the Lakers ONLY chance (think TeBow chance of winning the SB) of winning it all is to have the best record. It's not happening.

The Lakers like many other teams are warm. In the NBA you either have to be crappy (Wizards) or loaded (Heat) and the Lakers are neither. The lakers salary cap is tied up to the high heavens ($30 mil going to Kobe the next couple of years), they lack a bench, PussyGasol is well, Pussy Gasol, Bynum is one fall from being out who knows how long, and Kobe has put more miles on his legs than MJ. The lakers need to rebuild NOW. They need to get D12 and start retooling.

The Lakers won't be a lottery team and they won't be competing truly as long as this squad is around.

Theres a similar situation yes.

I liked it, good use of cinematography, really nice scenes. Nothing as iconic as the original, but that Jayden kid pulls it off big time.
