The 77kg Men's Weightlifting final was pretty great. Lyu (Olympic champion last time round) set a new OR/WR with the Snatch, and then thought he had the gold medal won with a 202kg lift in the Clean and Jerk. Forced the Kazakhstani lifter Nijat to break the world record by 4kg to win the gold.


And then he goes and breaks the world record with a lift to spare to take the gold medal away from China.
