I'm flying to Japan in April, so I'll need some games for the flight. Any suggestions for games available on Switch (2)?

I'm mildly interested in Saros and Starfield (with Free Lanes update) but will wait for reviews.

I'm pretty sold on Pragmata though.

Interested in Pragmata and Saros.

But no point in getting them when I have Crimson Desert around.

More down the road, I guess.

Backlog mainly.
Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy on 3DS.
The Last Ninja Collection on Switch.
Fatal Frame II on PS5.

Definitely Pragmata (already preordered) and maybe the Diablo expansion for when I want to turn my brain off.

And apologies cormack12 cormack12 ! I didn't know you were doing a monthly thread like this. I think I made a similar thread last month. I don't wanna steal your thunder, man.

Pretty much just my backlog. Will get Pragmata at some point though, looks cool.

Narrowed it down to these 4:

For me I'd say Starfield PS5, tried it on Series X back at launch and had a good time, wish it had a physical release though. Mouse P.I. looks great, Pragmata hopefully is good, Replaced, He-man and then all our backlog belongs to us. As for films, Tokusatsu and anime.... man its gonna be a busy month for my gf and I. Getting a load of stuff this week as well. Bunch of Kamen Rider, Ultraman and Metal Heroes shows to polish up our collection.

I'll be playing many of these, but not in Aprill.
Never buy day 1, or Week 1, or Month 1 Unless you genuinly want to support the developer.
And if the game is some big AAA that looks like it'll add content later. Then consider skipping the first year as well.

I'll keep playing Gothic. Some of the games released this month look cool but nothing I need to play now.

Pragmata pre order has been locked in since the demo. Excited to get Mouse for Hire but not as excited with a 30 dollar boomer shooter. Likely to get Super Meat Boy 3D too. 🙏

Crimson Desert will keep me going until Saros, probably well past launch actually given my limited play-time at the moment

Crimson Desert: Continue playing this as this will consume me for months. Playing on PC/Deck.
Starfield: I'm coming back baby with the new update and I can't wait. Playing on XSX/PC.

I'm pretty much sorted until GTA6

Glad to see so many people excited for Pragmata. I want to see Capcom make more unique games like this.

Recently finish re9 on ps5, I love it. Now I have crimson desert for ps5. Will start later. And I will buy Saros and Pragmata. And if psvr2 support added to MSFS 2024 this April, I will buy MSFS2024 on ps5.

Pragmata

Borderlands 4 will spill into April. Gonna try to get Astro Bot started too. I've been using my Portal much more now so hopefully I can chip away at games I want to play.

I didn't really vibe with having puzzles mixed in with the action in Pragmata.

Got some that I'm keeping track of depending on how they turn out;
WILL: Follow The Light
Aphelion
Outbound
Tides of Tomorrow
Soulmask
All Will Fall
Opus: Prism Peak

Was looking forward to Starfield but I'll be out of the country most of the month.

Waited a few years, can wait another few weeks I suppose.

On the fence about Starfield, leaning towards it. I'm not sure I want to commit to another big open-world game, since I just played through two of them back-to-back, but I may bite. I'm a Bethesda fanboy at heart, and so I feel obligated to check it out.

He-Man (PS5)
Tomodachi Life (SW2)

I may finally give The Witcher 3 another go. I've owned it forever, I have the PS5 upgrade, I always start it and just fizzle out maybe 6 hours in.

I started Crimson Desert and I was into it and now I'm like eh, I don't know, whatever with it.

I have some other cool games installed on PS5 but I don't feel like investing time into them.

Absolutely nothing in that list for me. Will keep playing Marathon, Arc Raiders and the new season in Last Epoch started yesterday so that.

Crimson Desert mostly. Probably gonna be playing it for a long time :D

That aside, Pragmata is already bought and I'll almost certainly pick up He-Man and Vampire Crawlers for Deck gaming.

Guitar Hero 3 on my 360. What a gem. Going to follow it up with some Forza Motorsports 4 on the 360 and then Import Tuner Challenge also on the 360. I have Ghost of Yotei downloaded on my PS5 Pro that I need to get to eventually.

Only Darwin's Paradox from that list. I'll play Replaced when (if?) it's released on PS5.

I am very curious about the final state of Samson and I'll be surprised if the game's not going to be this year's Mindseye.

I was interested in Replaced and Darwin's Paradox. But the demo's where a bit inderwhelming. Will wait for reviews and probably a deep sale.

Gonna buy Pragmata and Saros later on. Will check Replaced with GP and might boot up Starfield if the new updates make the game run better on SX.

I started playing the PS5 version of the Witcher 3, have not played this game in over 10 years now I guess, since I first beat it when it released, back then I beat the whole thing on death March on my PS Vita through remote play, wasn't easy, but it was awesome playing the game on a handheld. Anyway.Forgot how amazing it is, having a great time, will probably playing this for quite a while, next up I have Spider-Man 2 to play since it hit plus and I plan on replaying red dead 1 on PS5. So those will fill my April and likely some of my May as well.

Vampire Crawlers is my main game for April. Outside of that, perhaps Pragmata. I should get around to trying the demo for that. Outside of those two I think it's another month of indie horror titles for me.; Ground Zero and The Occultist are on my maybe list depending on price.
