OK so hear me out.

We (the procrastinators) keep thinking "zomg I have 6 more hours to do what I'm supposed to do!".

Now imagine if for us the day was only 10 hours. Simple, based on the decimal system.

*So a 6 hour period out of 24 hours for us would be 2.5 hours in a 10 hour period.

You can easily convert it to the percentages.

30% sleep.
40% work.
30% etc.

What do peeps think?

Is there something particularly wrong with thinking in fractions of 24? Perhaps you should be practicing your fraction to percentage conversions.

See, a 10 hour day allowing you to maintain a rigid schedule of 30% sleep or whatever sounds far too much like hard work.

What?

No.

Days are too short. Procrastinators "have better things to do" than whatever they're "supposed to do". So for most of them, the days are too short. Way too short.

Procrastination is a result of other factors with the person. Low self esteem or confidence, lack of drive, immature, etc. The abundance or shortage of time has nothing to do with it.
