3 Doors Down singer Brad Arnold Dead at 47 After Stage 4 Cancer Battle

RIP. It's a rare few who can make songs as well-known as he did with 3 Doors Down, and as a band, they did a bunch of charity work through a foundation they set up. Gone too soon.

Rip.
I played 3DD songs all day in the gym today. Not really a superfan but as a millenial growing up with alt adult rock internet radio, they were a mainstay throughout.

Yep, fuck cancer.

kryptonite was one of the few first songs I learned to play all those years back; dusted it off any played it a couple times today.

What a damn shame, dude had a great voice and I loved their early stuff. I never saw them live, but some of my friends and family did, and said they were incredible.

Rest in peace, brother. And fuck cancer.

We need to take care of ourselves, friends. Lately, there have been many people with that condition... Like the actor from Black Panther.

colon and pancreatic cancer is tough since its one of those ones where you don't know you have it till its too late, unlike boob or ball cancer where you can find a lump or something as a pre-cursor.

But the good news is that in Russia, China, Spain, and Mexico they have found ways to fight cancer.

And Japan is eradicating Down syndrome.

I'll always resonate 3 Doors Down with any social gathering. I can recall hearing their music at bars, casinos, shopping centers, restaurants, special events at the park, and so many more. Maybe it's because I'm from the Midwest, USA.
