360 robbed, what to get now?

I feel for you. My entire PS2 game collection, PS2 and accesories were taken. I don't expect to hear from the police again.

PC is probably first priority here. Also, property insurance really helped me out, so you may want to look into that.

Yes, but I read a page about burglaries, most of them are annoyed by the other person, so the reason for THEIR burglary, is that the person annoyed him.
 
I feel your pain man - it's almost one year to the day since my break-in. Lost my PC, Xbox, Gamecube, PS2, DVD player and a shitload of DVDs and other stuff. It's the violation more than anything else that gets to you. Do what I did - security up to the gills, mark your property and track all of your serial/MAC numbers.

In the meantime, hang in there and wait for your Wii, I guess. :|

Yeah my mom will let me borrow their old pc so at least I can internet and stuff..not play games or anything so thats why Im looking for something to keep me busy.
 
I believe the original box might have the serial number and possibly the MAC address located on it somewhere. If you have a router the MAC address maybe still be in the routing table; possibly.

After getting robbed I moved back to Bristol actually, but not that far away. No I don't play Virtual Fighter. You have a 360?? Send me a invite: Gamertag : Dr Stran9elove
 
Most robberies occur during the daytime too. Mine occured sometime during the afternoon. They bashed down the back door, took my 360 and games, Canon Rebel XT, Sony Digital Video Camera, Guess Watch and a bunch of other items. I was at the hospital visiting my grandmother and my fiance call her hospital room and told me I needed to get home right now. She had come home to 6 cops scouring the apartment (the tenants upstairs got hit too and called the cops before we got home). Luckily my cats were okay or I would have flipped my lid.

I lived in a very nice neighborhood and i got my 360 stolen too. Only a week after launch! Lucky for me, a new walmart opened a week after and had them in stock and home insurance hooked it up with the loot for a new one.

These games are all pretty cheap around here ( most of them below 20 euro's ).

Hehe that game isn't coming out here in a long time..so is Okami :( and the new FF :(.

I just need some good stuff to tide me over till the Wii comes out and if I have Zelda thats going to be nice.

I've found a DS seems to fill my need for gaming pretty well, it's pretty cheap as well. Bonus is that it will connect somehow with Wii, if you have an interest in the Wii.
 
That's a shame dude. I hope you can get a 360 back soon, i added your gamertag a couple of days ago for some online PES 6. Guess that will have to wait.

MMaRsu; have fun with that PS2, I just got a PS2 a month and a half ago and I never regretted the decision of buying a 'last-gen' console this late in its lifespan. Get Bully.
 
Heh thx for the support guys.. I'm still kinda down/shocked about it all, even though I got a new Ps2. Can't really say Im enjoying it very much, cause the thought of my pc gone and 360 still kinda bugs me ( and pisses me off ).

Anyway these are the games I got :

Dragonquest 8
Tekken 5
Jak 3
DMC3 : Special Edition ( damn its hard lol )
God of War
Dragonball Z : Tenkaichi 2
Kingdom Hearts ( GOD IT TAKES TOO LONG WHEN DO I GO TO DISNEYLAND ARGH )

So pretty good games at any rate. I ended up paying 200 euro's for the Ps2 + all those games after I traded in my 360 games and some other crap I had lying around.

Yeah I wanted to get Bully, I didn't have enough cash to buy another full priced game though. I guess it will have to wait a bit.

Yeah I was playing SR alot since the patch and it was really fun.. Now I lose my saves all that stuff. Sucks hard.

Yeah I guess that 20 bucks you spent on KH is better value for your money, I put like 40 hours into KH1 (loved every minute, haters gtfo) and I was able to finish Bully within a dedicated 12 hours. Still, I'll probably spend another good 12 hours on Bully to get the full 100% out of it. 9/10
