360 + vga cable better image quality?

Holy shit, i cant believe the difference in screen quality here, i thought for years Component on a 360 and a HDTV were the best combination, ive had the VGA 360 cable since the first day i got it, then bought component hearing it was better... so i used VGA for the 360 my monitor.

Today i tried the VGA cable on my hdtv, and it looks WAY better, almost all jaggies seem to be gone, maybe its because i can run the 360 in 1366x768 native now, it looks better then 1280x720 and 1920x1080, the difference is HUGE.

Anyone else that noticed this? If you have a vga cable for 360 and hooked it up trough component, try it with the VGA cable to see the huge difference.

This may sound like a stupid question but did VGA come in my 360 box? I got a core at launch (I know, I know... they sold out of the premium so I got the core + HDD, I couldn't wait).

No, if you got a Core you got composite cables.
Premium = Composite + Component.

VGA is only available seperately.

thanks, im gonna read trough it, im still blown away by the quality difference haha, even games like guitar hero 2 look way better
