Got a question about the 360 Wireless Adapter. Do I have to use it to connect to an existing wireless network, or can two of them connect to each other on their own for some System Link action? How about three or four of them?
Good question! ...but I don't know the answer. The term you are looking for is called Ad Hoc. Go into your 360 network settings and see if you can set your adapter to Ad Hoc.

Thanks guys! Really helps -- my brother's room is directly downstairs from mine but it's too far to get an Ethernet cord to a window or staircase, so wireless between us should work great for System Link games. Knowing that four 360s can be connected should come in handy for LAN parties
Same question I asked before launch, especiallyl for a USB dongle?! but the thing works as advertised and takes less than 30 seconds to install and operate. I went with it becuse it's first party and it looks cool attached to the console. It be nicer if it were $30 cheaper, but I haveyet to have an issue with it so I'm happy.

I'm glad to hear it works well. Still, it's bugging me. I just moved and it's become my only option so I have to get it, but I feel ripped off already.

Some of it has to do with it being able to get a signal through very very thick concrete.
It's strong enough to have system link between me and my neighbour, in our separate houses. :lol
