The same company that made those crappy Wii-U controllers and were supposed to make the controllers for the Retro VGS

First reaction was meh, but the fact that you have an NES Advantage for the Mini is not a bad thing...

wachu know about the u force tho?

Used it a few games... Even used it for Track and Field 2...just to use the Turbo feature.... then eventually got a Maxx

It was so futuristic looking... I'd stare at it alot... trying to understand how it worked. I used to also love the box it came in.

Forgive my ignorance, but for what were the turbo buttons used? How could I take advantage using them in, for example, Super Mario Bros?

I had a NES, and didn't know why the NES Advantage had extra buttons.

In Super Mario Bros. probably the best use would be to use turbo A for swimming, especially at the parts where it tries to suck you down.

It acts as a fast button press, wouldn't do much good in SMB. More for stuff like shmups where you normally have to mash the button to fire fast. Or Track & Field.

Turbo/ rapid fire button's were mainly used for shooters and run and gun's. Contra, Gradius, etc. During the 8-bit days, some publishers like Acclaim were pretty notorious for designing games that that would require the player to hammer on the "A" or "B" button's non stop and then advertise their own third party turbo controllers in the game box.

There really isn't much use for turbo buttons in Super Mario Bros. Some one else said the swimming levels, which I guess would work. But outside of that, nothing else really needs it.
