Yup. Xbox.com is the easiest way to buy the games too if you want to use points. There is an option to switch to view how much a game is with MS points.

MS really ought to work on exposing this despite it being displayed on the purchase screen as it seems that many just don't pay attention to the button legend at the bottom of the screen. It's like how most X360 owners don't even know that they can optionally install any X360 disc to improve load times, streaming performance until they hit Y button on the game disc tile (and then have wait for the option to show up, sometimes a minute or two after you press the button which never made sense to me).
