Vogue noticed alot of models and celebrities wearing them with sweatpants and proclaimed that Timberland boots had become a new trend and we'd soon see music artists wearing them. But if you watched R&B and Hip-Hop from the 90s onward...artists had been wearing them

They were never out really.
