Got my two orders but my card was never charged.

Both orders show up as cancelled in my Timberland account.

Did NOT use shoprunner btw. Have no clue what that is.
 
Got a partial shipment today. Got my duffle bag. Never got a cancellation email even though their tracker says my order was cancelled. Using ShopRunner probably helped. Wonder if my other 2 items will arrive or not since they're shoes. If not, still pleasant to get at least one of the items.

used shop runner but all my order still got cancel. However, credit card showing pending charge so may be there's hope
 
My order came in today. Got a 200$ winter coat for my wife, a 80$ hoodie and $50 leather gloves. I also placed an order for slippers but they did not arrive in the package.

I used Amex / Shoprunner and I do not see a charge... my order status on the site said Cancelled but I never got a cancellation e-mail

pretty slick deal..
 
I'm so jelly off all you guys that got your orders. Ordered on Sunday and I got a cancellation mail the next day and it also said it was cancelled on the website.

They sent me a 10% off coupon though lol
 
Just hopping back in to confirm I got my satchel / messenger bag today! Still keeping an eye on my bank account because I'm not totally sure if the actual payment's been processed, though. It had been listed as canceled but I never got an outright cancellation e-mail.
 
Ordered 4 pairs of shoes over 3 seperate orders. So no one has gotten shoes, correct? That would be a bit disappointing.
 
Update: I received 1 order (the last I placed) for a pair of Driving Shoes that were on clearance.

I used Shoprunner 2-Day with this order. I did NOT use Shoprunner with my first two orders because I did not notice the option.

I never received any confirmation of any kind and my CC was never charged.
 
So Timberland is still shipping some of the stuffs that people bought with the promotional code? I bought 2 pairs of shoes, 2 shirts, 1 sweater and 1 beanie... Is there a chance I will get something?

Just called Fedex, a package is scheduled to be delivered Tuesday.

No cancellation email.
Said canceled on the website.
I got an acknowledgement and confirmation email.
I used the default shipping option ($10 or whatever it was).
Paid by debit card. Charge is still pending.
I ordered shoes.

This is all so confusing. I don't want to get my hopes up, but I kinda want to.
 
Got my hat, belt, and gloves. I have shoprunner and did not get a cancellation email. I didn't even check my status after so many said they were getting cancelled.

Edi: I also have no charge from Timberland, neither pending nor cleared. I'm sure that will change soon though.

I'm still hoping it remains as is. How would they even verify who received orders and who did not? I had no idea my items shipped until I received them today. I can't figure out if this was a fuck up on Timberland's side or on FedEx's.
 
Hmmm just got my second order well most of it, two belts and 8 pairs of socks. These were all items that were already on sale. There was a custom pair of boots on this order that didnt arrive however their site states it takes 6-8 weeks to make so we'll see if they ever show up.

I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't love free shit, but the deal was so good to begin with that I'd almost feel bad.
 
Hat came in today. Also had an order for shoes but I'm not confident those will show up since no one else has gotten theirs.

Also, both orders said cancelled on the site. Package shipped from Danville KY by FedEx
 
Got my sweater and gloves today despite it saying my order was cancelled. Cool stuff

Edit: Paid with PayPal and didn't not use ShopRunner
 
It seems like they shipped a lot of the smaller items like scarves, hats, etc. They must ship the boots differently. I did order a sweater and some socks though and haven't received them, so who knows?

Based on what I've seen it's mainly shoes that aren't going through.
 
Holy fucking shit my concierges have received 2 FedEx packages!

I had ordered something on Amazon and it wasn't shipped yet, thought it was that... This was all today wow.

My CC was pending with timberland but ultimately NOT charged and the holds have been dropped already, one wasn't a shoprunner order, I had called to cancel that order myself before I re-ordered with shoprunner because of the shipping, wtf.

Almost $400 worth of stuff and not charged? Wat.

Btw first order was PayPal/AMEX

Second was straight up Shoprunner/paypal/AMEX
No pending CC charges. Canceled orders through and through.

Did the people who are receiving items also order boots? Maybe everyone that ordered boots is getting nothing even if they placed a separate order for something else. I placed an order for some boots along with socks and then a separate order for a sweater, but there are no packages inbound for me. I was thinking maybe the people who ordered boots will get nothing.
 
So I didn't expect to get anything, but I just opened my door and there it was! A huge package from FedEx (even though I had called them earlier and said there was nothing incoming). My boots came! That's all I ordered, too.

This was a Paypal/Shoprunner order.

Damn, now I'm hoping that if my order does arrive it does so before I head out for the holidays. This whole situation is just weird. I will not be mad if my order was indeed canceled but I am giving in to a little hope. Paypal nonshoprunner order here.

Got the rest of my partial order today along with my other separate order. Both were shoes. PayPal still says its pending but I haven't been charged yet.
