My story: I go to Sears and I ask if they have any Wii U's(the correct bundle, of course), the guy says yeah and rings me up. I show him the price on the website and he straight up lies to me "That's the online only price" then he says they don't price match online. It's THEIR website. I should've been more assertive and asked for a manger, but, oh well.

This is probably the saltiest day in my life.

I think the deal is dead (at least at Walmart). My friend went to two different Walmarts to get a Wii U, and both of the managers said something about Sears.com going through third party sellers and it not being in stock on the website. Corporate might have notified management?

my Target said they don't price match Sears. i threw a shampoo bottle across the entire length of the store and clocked an old woman in the melon.

First store the guys were stoked and we're all for it, called the manager out and he conceded that they would honor it. They guys comes up with the idea to call my local Sears store to confirm and that was the end of that...second store I asked the employee for help and he laughed me off and said they were notified and wouldn't honor it.

All of you who managed to get one were lucky. I'm buying my brother one for Xmas and this would've been too perfect to get a few games on top for him.

To be fair.. at Best Buy you would likely get turned down every time. They verify their price matches before they do it.. and this one would definitely get denied. The only way of getting it is if you knew a manager who was willing to get questioned about it at the next meeting.

I used to work there and we were kinda strict about price matching, especially with things like this.

If it is shown to us on a phone then we would load it up on a computer if it is a huge price match or have the customer click on the item to try and order it. If it was only a few bucks then we wouldn't go through that hassle.

Boynton beach has neither the DS or wii u bundle in stock. Going to delray now but not really hoping for much. Customer service at Walmart on a Sunday night is a good joke -_-
