how come the person who took those pics at best buy never asked the store about the date?


it makes me believe the person who had these pics taken knew the truth. but wanted to post this for fun to raise hype or " or watch gaf go crazy then meltdown"

i know they're not the "source" per se if that's your hurr hurr, what i meant was we seriously need to tone down posting every stupid rumor that gets "Hot" on that stupid site.

Eh, considering how many times this rumor has been posted since E3 alone I would say a nice handful of sites share the burden. Although, I believe one has already been banned in the process, which is a shame to think about as it really was the gift that kept on giving. An untapped treasure really.

Imagine you're a big FFVII fanboy. And you see a sign which says that your favourite game will get released on PS3 in less than two weeks. Well I don't know about you, but I'd run straight home and post this piece of information on the Interwebs.

Of course, I'd probably think I need proof, which is already a big thing for me (to think, I mean, since we all know fanboys don't think rational). So I got my cellphone camera and made some pics (another piece of proof that this was spontaneous, since I didn't even blur the pics!)

While excited like a normal FFVII fanboy, you wouldn't NORMALLY ask anyone "is this shit real?", okay?

bah, i know that it's been getting posted a lot, but if it weren't for N4G's exposure you wouldn't hear about these rumors from the (slightly) more respectable ummm blogs. i swear they're a bunch of stupid fanboys who made a specific part of their algorithm to post FFVII rumors. :/

EDIT: just out of curiosity, and hopefully i won't get in trouble for asking this, what is everyone assuming this is gonna be one big ban-fest? am i missing TOS violation going on here?

i am sorry but that... does't make any lick of sense.

anyone who think that FF7 will be released on PS3 in 11 days really needs to go to mental hospital... like.. right now.

which is what is wrong about the whole pics. best buy sell stuff. not annouce new games for ps3.

and the fact that there was a final fantasy event 3 DAYS AGO. makes me believe that whoever took those pics really know what is the shit behind this. yet, he posted it to make idiots meltdown or get hyped then disspointed. " i am not talking about the OP in this thread, unless he is the one who took those pics "

Its true guys, Best Buy will officially announce it at a press conference next week. Apparantly they mustered up so many FFVII fanboy employees that they decided to remake the game themselves.

Needless to say, I've pre-ordered.

In all seriousness, what is that? Blu Ray version of Advent Children since they aren't going to package in an FFXIII demo? Final Fantasy VII released on PSN store? or just a mistake?
