The happy salesman is in OoT, before any timeline split. But yeah, this game obviously can't take place before Majora's Mask.

It's most likely not happening, but how much work would an LttP remake actually be? The overworld's pretty much done, that leaves the dungeons, and couldn't you just reassign assets?

It's sky-in-the-pie stuff, but would be a very cool addition. "Kanto in Pokemon Gold" levels of cool.
