I'm actually getting really hyped about this now watching the streams. Not that I wasnt before, now its like "must play".

I wasn't before, figured it would be GTA4-II, but man this is GTA:SA-3 HD good framerate.

Aside from the waves, there is also the amazing white water effect. Even with this shitty footage, that is the best water I can recall seeing. We are truly getting glimpses here of why this is the most expensive game ever.
