Don't really know if I bought always online DRM games, but it might be true.
I once took my Xbox360 to a friend and every SNK Playmore XBLA title refused to start since it wasn't connected.... ho hum.

I think it's bad practice.... just like securom; I had legal cds and securom still insisted the cd was a fake copy and it didn't start. crack/patch to the rescue, but that shouldn't be happening, ever! Same with buying movies on blu-ray and be required to watch an intro about piracy... that makes me want to pirate so I don't have to see that. ....huff. /rant.

No game at all. If the next Xbox goes that way it's the same deal, i'm not buying it.

My internet has a tendancy to go down, just for a split second, but enough to kick me offline. If I then get kicked out of a game and possibly lose progress then I won't even bother. It's like a crapshoot.

i hope Microsoft are keeping up with this Sim City crap, if they were thinking of always online I hope it changed their mind.
