I've had that a few times, went away in several days, seemed like an ingrown hair tbh. Very sensitive to the touch.

My dog has this. I was supposed to go today to see my girlfriend about 300km away as she has her birthday tomorrow.

Well woke up and there was blood everywhere. His had this before, but for months it was ok. So I will stay home, wash and otherwise treat him. Poor dog.

It could be a hemorrhoid or a wart. Is there blood? if so, it could be a anal fissure.

I've read about those in the past, and the fact that they're basically a huge red blotch on your backside that bleeds when pressure is applied. Fortunately, you can treat them with medication.

Have one about 2 times a year in average. No biggy. Usually stops bleeding after a few days. Eating a lot of fibres and try to not shit 2-3 days usually fixes it for me.

Remember folks, don't force the shit if it's too hard.

I had one of those. The pain was so extreme in my case I didn't go for about a month. MY doctor had to cut the muscle so that I could go. I took tons of baths for the pain, tried laxitives etc...the pain was just too fucking intense. I remember using logic like, if I eat once a day when I do go, it shouldn't be that bad. Many days there was only a boost shake for sustenance for the day.

The biggest problem though is the fear of the pain when going. IIRC correctly, didn't go for a week after surgery. So now fear, of the muscle healing and still not going started creeping in.

I was lucky in that I have an extreme case of behcets syndrome auto immune disease. It flared up horrendously. It wasn't behcets that made me finally be able to relieve myself. Sometimes prednisone, relieves the behcets. But for whatever reason after taking prednisone for 3 days, I was standing in my bathroom trying to get relief and before I could even get to the toilet, mess to say the least along with extreme pain. But oh my god, the relief after wards. All the fear and even the pain was gone.

I know what this is like and I hope your experience isn't anything like mine. I was like 36-39 at that time.

This happened to me once before. Several years ago, likely due to a horrible diet, I started having very solid movements and forcing it which created the fissure. My god. I tried my best to avoid pooping because it did nothing but reduce me to tears. That was the most aweful thing I had to endure. I was placed on stool softeners and given other things from the doctor and I immediately changed my diet.

I never, ever, ever, ever, want something like that again. Ever!
