My phone came with swype, didn't like it (or the samsung default one) so I bought Smart Keyboard instead. Sooooo good.

That seems to be my favourite keyboard on the Android market too. Too bad the piece of shit Nexus One screen makes ANY keyboard work like crap. :\

All purchases are link to your google account that you use to purchase the apps from and can be downloaded at anytime from the Android Marketplace website.
 
I only picked up 3 since the other ones I either already have or got for free from the Amazon Free App of the Day. Asphalt 6 I couldn't get unfortunately because it's not compatible with the Transformer. Looking forward to the next days of it.

Well the problem is that it doesn't seem to let me buy an app without a supported device. When I click on "buy" it says that my phone is not supported and the continue button is grayed out.
 
So I'll be new to Android since the first Android device I'll be getting is the Transformer Prime in a couple weeks (hopefully!). Is it worth getting any of these/will any of them even run on the Prime?
 
I don't know if was answered but you can go to market.android.com and buy apps if you don't have a phone handy. They'll be tied to your Google account and available across your compatible devices for d/l.

I have yet to purchase any apps on the Android market. Are there any fees to worry about or will I just see a 0.10 or 0.20 charge on my credit card statement?

Also, any GAF impressions on that Fieldrunner game?

The developer stated a over YEAR ago that he was doing a complete re-write of the app. Since then, not one significant update has come about for LP. The fans of the app are pissed over at his forums.

Totally down to try out ADW too.
 
I guess the CC system sees it as "odd" (several 10 cents purchases in a row) and blocks it to prevent fraud or something.

I kinda knew it would happen, don't ask me why :\

Call them ahead of time and let them know that you'll be making several of those over the next 10 days and not to freeze your card. ;)
 
The last 2 purchases are on hold (Fieldrunners HD and Sketchbook Mobile)... I guess I will have to call tomorrow.

By any chance, do you know if this gets corrected:
a) the purchases are done automatically or
b) I can't purchase with this CC again (Google Wallets says I have to add a new wallet to complete the order cause the current one has been declined) or
c) delete the CC and add it again to complete the transactions?
 
new apps will probably not be up until morning...

i too was thinking they would update like amazon, around midnight for the new free app.

bought minecraft just for curiosity sake, already had paper camera, soundhound, and sketchbook dunno what else is good.



i wish paper camera took videos, would be a sweet rotoscope like a scanner darkly or something.
 
I just grabbed everything including Asphalt 6 through the website cause it wasn't showing on mi device. $0.10 meh
 
Fuck it. For 10 cents a piece I'll just get everything. Not even going to bother reading reviews.

Edit: I want to se number of downloads the coming days. I can't imagine the amount of downloads...
 
Ah too bad, thanks for the info though.

On a side note, I just bought the apps from my pc and it's been sending them to my phone over 3G. My data limit is almost reached so I had to manually stop them. Do I have to be worried that they might start downloading on their own again?

Edit: Asphalt 6 requires 500 megabytes? Wow, guess I won't be playing that for a while.
