I got Pano, Asphalt 6, Drop7, Apparatus.
Already had Age of Zombies.
for some reason, The Sims 3 isn't compatible with the Galaxy Nexus :(. But it's compatible with my other older device (which I'm not using)

I guess this is what I get for just buying shit because it's only 10 cents... I thought pano would be like the stock android panorama mode where it stitches the pictures while you move. Instead you have to take every shot individually =/ Still awesome that you can get 16 pictures stitched together though.

Swype or SlideIT? I have Swype as part of S2 already?

i used swype until today - but for some reason the emoticons button didn't work - slideIT seems to be just as good and more customizable in regards to themes - i like it better.
(take this with a grain of salt because I didn't use it extensively - but for 10c you can't go wrong in my opinion - and if it's even just as a backup for a future android phone )

Ended up buying SlideIT (hoping it'll replace thumb keyboard), Sims 3 and Spirit HD.
Really enjoying Spirit HD thus far - it's like Geometry Wars and a bit of Qix mixed together.. fun stuff.

And is anyone having any problems with Sims 3 downloading the data? It's constantly stuck on "NaN 0MB of 0MB".

Played with the demo of SlideIT and was fairly impressed. The ICS keyboard was already good on the nexus but I've bought SlideIT and swift key! What a sucker...

Bin off the default skin though. Installed the ICS skin and there Gray wolf skin (WP7 knock off). Any other skin recommendations?

Bought SlideIT even though I already have SwiftKey X. Will have to experiment to see which I like better, and I already like SwiftKey a lot.

I noticed swiftkey takes up a decent chunk of memory and is always running if you want personalization (which I do). Is SlideIT better for this or should I just stick with stock?

Always wanted a panoramic camera app. I was wondering why none of my Android phones had the feature built in when I had in my old WinMo 6.5 HTC phone.

I have only used SlideIT for a few seconds, but it is good. The skins it comes with are ugly, but somehow the swiping is better than Swype.

SwiftKey really is great, but it seems to sometimes randomly put down like ten of a single letter, and it often instantly inserts an "and" or "but" following a comma, which can get annoying.

Inserting an "a" or an "I" seems a little janky in SlideIT. Seems like you have to tap the space key, tap the letter abc then continue sliding.

Is there a better way?

Bought apparatus as well, seems like a nice physics game for 10p.

Yeah, there are instances where SwiftKey will insert an extra "first letter" for every subsequent letter you type in search boxes - e.g. if you type "search" SwiftKey would type "sssssearch" - and then you can't delete the duplicate letters without deselecting then re-selecting the search box first. Seriously annoying. I really like SwiftKey, but that bug's been there for ages now and they don't seem to want to fix it.

I'm starting to hate the android keyboords :( was going back an forth between swype and swiftkey x: i love swype but i really hate it typing manually on it. typing feels great on swiftkey but it's just slower than swyping.
i bought slideit today but it's like a bad cross between them, while typing feels better than on swype the swiping simply doesnt work as well :(. dunno if it's because i use a german dictionary but i have to be really precise in in order to make it work, kinda takes the sense out of it.

guess i'll stick with swype.

NFL Rivals was available the other day. Backbreaker and NFL Rivals are basically the same game, except Rivals has the NFL teams instead of the fictional ones in Backbreaker.
My phone was incompatible with Rivals =( But I think I can see why, the graphics in backbreaker are definitely a notch down from rivals it seems.

So is there no way to then to buy these apps without a phone? I asked the other day and no one answered.
I couldn't buy any games that were incompatible with my phone so I'm guessing if you don't have a phone then you can't buy anything.

Edit: Google shows some articles that say you can, but I can't try the links out. Hope someone answers your question, good luck!

Edit: Amazon supposedly lets you buy them, you could check if they are still price matching. They did that with some apps the past few days.

Someone said those suck though? I remember someone saying it's horrible to get apps from Amazon.

SimCity says UK£0.10 when I click the link posted, but when I go to check out (via PC) it says "This item cannot be installed in your device's country" (I'm in the UK)

It's still £2.99 when I search it on my phone.

Endomondo is fucking awesome. FUCKING AWESOME.

Agreed. I used it all last summer to track how much I rode my bike. It works really well. The nice thing is you can match it it an exercise and then go review everything on the web.

Getting an Android tablet for X-mas and hoped to get in on some of these deals. Can't buy a damn thing without the device in hand and registered.

So lame.

Add your google account to someone else's android device, buy the apps...then remove the account.

I'm having so much trouble getting paid apps to download. I've had adw downloading since Friday. Done all of the work arounds and nothing yet. -_-

I know that feel bro. I'm trying to get some .10c apps before the Transformer Prime comes, and my OG droid wont run most of them.

why doesn't Gameloft tell you how much space is required before making purchase? Only the size of the game downloader is shown.

The NFL wallpaper is incompatible with the Galaxy S. Let me just repeat that. A wallpaper, is not compatible with one of the best selling phones of last year. Fuck the fuck off lazy as fuck developers.

Man, seems like a lot of bad comments on simcity..
Yeah, no kidding. Why bother buying it if you don't even know whether the game runs on compatible devices, especially when those additional download could take up all of the 15 minutes.
