Any games like Plants Vs. Zombies?

I know PvZ is a tower defense game, but of all the tower defense games I've tried it's the only one that's hooked me. But it's hooked me big time...I've logged dozens of hours on my Vita.

I haven't tried PvZ2 yet, as I wanna wait until it's on more platforms. But yeah, any tower defense games that would appeal to a PvZ fan? I have a Vita, PS3, WiiU and a PC. I've tried Pixel Junk Monsters, and though it's a-Ight it hasn't hooked me like PvZ...

Edit: I have a 3DS as well.

Kingdom rush is a good one.

I also really enjoyed this one game that had like geometry wars-like enemies and was a tower defense game. Don't remember the name though.

You might be thinking of geoDefense and geoDefense swarm which are brilliant games (but only on mobile I believe).

What is it about PvZ that hooked you? Revenge of the Titans is my personal TD fave. It's on sale for 80% off right now:

Not the OP but for me I loved PvZ's charm, characters, art style, etc. I tried Revenge of the Titans and didn't like it and that was one of the biggest reasons why. I'm also looking for more PvZ games.

Don't know what it is about PvZ. I think I like that it's 2D and very easy to follow. Good question though...it just does it for me.
Yeah you can play it with just one hand on your mouse, that's it. Simple yet still challenging.

its better to wait on plants vs zombies 2 because of how similar it is. fatiguing.

take a look at atom zombie smasher. top down again but has a similar range of tools at your disposal.

I was actually looking for similar games a while back for my mom. She got so hooked onto PvZ, she didn't stop playing it for over a year. Too bad PvZ2 didn't hook her as much, since it got a little bit more complicated with the way levels worked and the new features that they added.

I tried to get her to play other Tower Defense games, but she didn't seem to think they were as fun. Oh well, she's playing Candy Crush now anyway.
