Now that you´ve talked about finding xbox games cheap, are there any good online shops for importing, apart from play-asia?

i´m trying to find some like conker, JSRF, PDO or psyvariar.

How's the singleplayer part, graphics?
And is it region free?

Graphics are so-so. The main models look good, I think, but overall it reminds me very much of an Xbox title rather than a 360 title. The framerate remains high...it looks like a constant 60fps to me.

oooh, unexpected! It's actually good and not a bad clone/rip-off? cool. DCharlie has no reason to pick it up now, though.

Well, I need to play more first. The first mission and accompanying training scenarios that open up are very basic tutorial-style levels covering movement. It really does rip-off Splinter Cell, with very similar animations for climbing up and down ladders/pipes, zip lines, and even helping your partner to get up a ledge.

All of this is going FAST, however. It's like "Splinter Cell Turbo."

Forgot to mention that the story and dialogue are over-the-top cheese. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Japanese developer attempting to mimic Splinter Cell.

There's no way this game is Japanese-only when it's already got an English mode thrown in. But there are a few Japanese-only titles that appear to never be coming out elsewhere, like Senko No Ronde, Zegapain, and The IdolM@ster. The latter of which I can never see coming out anywhere else.

Japanese = Not region free. Asian release might be (if there is one)

Considering the Bullet Wtich Asian release wasn't, I wouldn't hold my breath.

That's a carbon copy of Splinter Cell even down to the sounds, but sadly it seems like Artoon's B-team doesn't have any good animators.

So what's the verdict on this game anyway? I watched the trailer's and I'm ascared of those vamps- very freaky looking. Has anyone played it yet?

I ended up selling it off. The biggest problem I had with the game was how INCREDIBLY linear it is...it reminds me of Splinter Cell on rails.

When it gets cheap I'll see about picking it back up, but I wanted Riot Act, so this game had to go.

Hmm...June is a ways off for this game, especially since it's already 100% English. I wonder if it's being tweaked for the U.S. release like Bulletwitch?

Just got the message, that my copy of Vampire´s Rain (PAL) is in the mail. I preordered it because I was so shocked about the direction the Splinter Cell series is taking.

So: is it really that horrible some make it out to be?

Have you played the demo? I love survival horror and I quite liked the demo - particularly the one-hit kills. I find it does add to the tension.

Maybe try the demo before opening the game.
