why not partner with Hallmark for that cards app. Am sure they have a large database of pre made cards and apple can handle the customized ones.

Been to Walmart, or anywhere, lately? Your basic card runs around that night now. (Had to go card-shopping on the weekend.)

I did hallmark. It is good feature but I hope there is many different card styles and quality.

I think we time traveled to the iOS5 preview.
Seriously. If you're only going to announce a 4S, then common sense says you shouldn't have announced the operating system so early. The software needs to be the selling point if you're not going to upgrade the hardware, especially since you've already let the hype from the software announcement dissipate.

Any bets on long the internet will be melted for when steve jobs shows up with a new phone?
Fixed.

They seriously need to implement something like SBSettings. The easily accessible wifi/brightness/3g toggles are the only thing that keeps me on jailbroken iOS.
QFT
There's really no other reason to jailbreak for me.

Cards in a store are ~$3.

This mails a personalized card to someone for $3.

You might argue that no one mails actual cards anymore but you'd be so wrong.
Exactly. I sent a card to my gf just two weeks ago. I would have used Apple's card system if it were available, lol :P

The card app is actually kind of cool. I'll have to try it out myself though. $2.99 and Apple not only prints the card but also sends it? As someone who works at a store that sells cards, this is extremely cheap.

This number is accounting everything right? From ipads to iphones to ipod touches?

that has to be US only, otherwise Nokia would be in there with a decent size piece of pie

Or like $7.99 at Hallmark

I would love to see the flamboyant director back stage yelling into a headset and reciting the entire presentation under his breath. When will it be HIS moment, goddamnit!
