Seriously. If you're only going to announce a 4S, then common sense says you shouldn't have announced the operating system so early. The software needs to be the selling point if you're not going to upgrade the hardware, especially since you've already let the hype from the software announcement dissipate.

Spend a bit more and get an Air. More functionality. Having a full OS is well worth it IMO.

They seriously need to implement something like SBSettings. The easily accessible wifi/brightness/3g toggles are the only thing that keeps me on jailbroken iOS.

The card app is actually kind of cool. I'll have to try it out myself though. $2.99 and Apple not only prints the card but also sends it? As someone who works at a store that sells cards, this is extremely cheap.
