I'm saying I understand why it's necessary; it's just a bit of a change. That's all. If that's how Rev3 keeps its shows on the air, then I'm all for it.
 
Love the intro but hate the theme song. Could do without the ads/product placement, but that's a necessary evil, so whatever.


In related news, JayFresh is fucking boss. :lol
 
Well I just finished watching it in HD, a shame the killzone 2 footage looked compressed but otherwise well done, the advertising isn't too bad or long.
 
Do not mind the advertising at all, its what you have to expect to put up a show in HD for FREE on a weekly basis. So happy for the crew, glad you guys found a home.

Show was great, I hope you guys will be doing Mad World soon. Should warrant very interesting discussion.
 
wow, i LOVE the title sequence, logo and the main song. all around, the show is mad quality. i hope the show blows the fuck up and mad heads get paid and it becomes available for download on psn and live and mad monies falls from the skies
 
Ok, I downloaded the 720p version of the show, but the Killzone 2 footage looked like lowres youtube footage scaled up to 720p - and really badly compressed at that.

I hope they'll iron out issues like that for future episodes.

So many files to choose from though, which one would work best on a 360? the quicktime I assume?

good show, theme song is a bit of a mixed bag though. lyrics are too forced imo.
 
Great to see these guys have funding for their show.

I'm not a fan of the new song, I love the intro, but dislike the song. I loved all the 1up Show songs. This song seemed off key and out of sync. Maybe it's a grower.

During the Noby Noby Boy segment, I was surprised that it appeared that they knew not too much about the game. That was a bit disappointing. It felt like 3 non-gamers talking about a game, even though I know they're real gamers.

Don't mean to sound like a negative Nancy. I like Ryan and Matt's perspective on games and look forward to their next episode. I don't mind the product placement. As an adult I've learned how to fast forward.
 
This episode was ace. The theme song's lyrics need work (something more catchy) but I'm sure they'll iron that out as the show continues.
 
I had no idea revision 3 existed really. Seems like a great partnership. I know I'll be visiting that site more often now that I'm aware of it!

Well, I guess Rev3 is back from their recent firing spree (poor Sarah Lane). I'm just glad that there's now a low def version that I can download. I just don't need to download a show that's half a gig and I'm grateful that there's the option.

Also, I wonder if the RSS feeds mean the show is now an officially a "podcast"?
 
Congrats guys! Rev3 is a nice fit. Their tech is great, and they've got a nice financial backing. Looking forward to watching in HD.

Same here. I didn't think they were nitpicking at all and they were mostly positive about the game rather than negative. I think some are overreacting or being sarcastic. I can't tell the difference. From the episode I agree that there were more things to unlock or achievements (similar to CoD) within each weapon.
 
I had to copy the mp4 to a thumbdrive then re-download a media update I supposedly already had, but it worked. I wish I could just download and stream it though.

And 1UP Show HD = sick. KZ2 segment is quite compressed looking. Even the Rev3 logo in the bottom corner is super blurry.
 
Really good episode. And being able to download directly to my ps3 in HD is pretty awesome too.

Keep up the great work.

and Jay Fresh is hilarious.
