I think it took me roughly two hours with the game to preorder. Stopped after the first half hour because I got mad at the Motion controls, then played the next testpunch in Handheld mode for an hour straight and was sold cause the controls actually worked flawlessly, still didn't know if I should get it but while playing my third testpunch on tv with traditional controls I was in awe as the characters finally punched and moved the way I wanted them to, that was also the round were I reached 104 points and it finally clicked with me
I'd order here if I were you, especially since you're from UK. I got Persona 5 one day early, even though I'm not from the UK.

I can't speak for amazon.co.uk but I didn't have good experiences with preorders from my amazon, it doesn't seem to matter much when you pre order there, when it comes to shipping stuff, as I know that I had to wait 2 days while someone else that pre-ordered after me got the same game on launch day...
