since launch have been shockingly mediocre!

TLoU:R is the lone exception, perhaps even I:SS, but barely.

and that same thread got closed down because it turned into what every reasonable person knew it would be. there's no persecution complex, regardless of how much some people on GAF love to throw that word around today for whatever reason; it's a matter of not being oblivious. I owned a PS3 last gen and will own a PS4 gen, but I'm not going to ignore obvious signs.

That thread got closed because it went around circles after all quality discussions were exhausted - not because of port-begging ONLY. It also brought a lot of unneeded comments that resulted in bans - and weren't necessarily port-begs. This thread will probably share the same fate.....The mods are active and take notice - no need to be confrontational about the quickness of their actions or inaction as an individual sees fit. This is the best managed forum I've ever been too - all things considered.

The game has many different features that make it different from the 3DS version and vice versa. Even a number of game modes are different like 3DS has the exclusive Smash Run and Wii U has Smash Tour.

I was speaking about the quantitative aspect of it (there are more "big" exclusive titles releasing for Wii U/X1) rather than the qualitative that is, of course, up to subjective tastes.

The PS4 lineup seems pretty terrible to me. The only thing announced that I'm interested in is Bloodborne, but I could probably play that on a friend's PS4. I'll probably end up selling my console before Christmas, I'll be ok with PC+Wii U.
