This looks like it might have been made by Krobon Station (Pharaoh Rebirth+) I actually really hope this is real even if it's just a short game.

They're the same ones that made the Konosuba megaman game, and the art in that game looks like this, so it's definitely Krobon Station.

If was real it would obviously be a 3DS game because it's a tie-in with another 3DS game.
