Installed new app and yeah it takes the top spot where the old one used to be.
My items migrated over no problem.
Looks like the old news from the first app is archived in the new app.

I even left work early today to try and make it for Toro, I was even considering calling in sick today. :'(

I checked my phone and at that time it was 12:20pm Nov 12 in Osaka so. :lol
EDIT: I was able to transfer everything I think, once WTS is finished downloading I'll find out, but I'm bawling over the final gold Toro tropy. ='(

If the archives are still up, you should be able to get the Toro Station 150 read if you stay up all night or there about mashing X from this new program. :lol
I mean it's just Mainichi with a new coat of paint and weekly updates instead of Daily now.
Yeah, I'm not seeing any new trophies for this (unless it's locked to only-in-Japan now...), but the game should give you some Torostation trophies if you can wait 50 weeks (without paying) or do the archives (if they're still up) since it's mostly the same... maybe... I dunno. I have 100%, I can't tell you for sure.
Well, I'm fumbling through the menus. I can't tell you (as I don't read/speak Japanese) where the archives are if they're still there.
The lack of space for the free "home" is kinda lame. You can't put some things in because of tires/bricks. It's so gimped.
You do get a free model (if you moved, or watched the first episode, not sure) of the Mainichi Issyo/Toro's home though. Nice.
You can speed up the Toro news as well. To like... 1 second per autopress. It basically turns into a fast-forward now (only stopping if they're asking questions you need to answer/confirm something for).
I dig it, I just wish I know Japanese/read Japanese so I could know what the hell Toro/Kuro/My avatar are saying to the spirit in the first episode. Something about the PSPGo/PS3 Slim (I guess to commorate with the PS3 Launch on 11/11/06 in Japan...? New app/new "home"/New console for Sony/that Sony Cat...)

For new folks, not all hope is lost with Toro Station! There still seems to be an archive of all gamerelated broadcasts. So you can still get your Reiko Nagase poster or Dante figure! Or even better yet, a Nomura drawn picture of Toro and Kuro as Cloud and Sephiroth! XD Well hell, I just started it, so I'm super happy I can still get this stuff. Though I wonder if they can interact with it or not like Mainichi. I wish I kept up with it back then, but I didn't think it'd change over like this. I'll be keeping up with it from now on though. That said, holy crap is their new home really depressing D: If I could put up my CC I would but alas, my virtual cats will live in a cardboard lot.

i never did get a lot of stuff and never really got around to viewing random articles in the hopes of stuff. i wanted some of the ridge racer stuff. i'm quite interested in becoming a virtual packrat. which ones have stuff?
i don't get why they have to gimp people over like this. it can't be that hard to let people keep the old house? sure, i can understand how daily updates can be hard to do, and i'm surprised they actually stuck with it.

No specific ideas really. I sorta guessed and remembered what people had. For the ridgeracer stuff, the ridge racer collaboration broadcast gives your the RR poster and Reiko poster. The Dante figure was in the new DMC announcement. You could just watch all of them too. XD I've gotten a lot of stuff now... that doesn't fit in their new home D:
