I've been having a problem playing inFamous Second Son using my Pulse Elite headphones. The audio will cut in and out every so often. The light on the wireless adapter will blink on and of when this happens. I thought it might be a problem with the Second Son audio app, but it does it on the default Game setting. Don't know if I need to uninstall and reinstall the game or what. This only happens on infamous. Any suggestions?

Odd that it only happens in InFamous, but it does that blinking when it loses connection. Happens to me a lot when I begin to sink in lying on my sofa and I have to sit up a bit to get the signal back.

1. Unplug the console and plug it back in.
2. Reinstall Second Son
3. Are there any headphone firmware update?
4. You could try other mics to see if it's a problem only with the Pulse.
5. Call support

I hope everything works out for you. I hate when these things happen. My dang XB1 headset stops working for me, so I have to unplug the console and plug it back in.

My experience with pulse 2.0 is flawless. I'm using the infamous profile loaded into the preset n. 2

I happened to me aswell.. On the usb there is a tiny hole for reset just reset and it should work, it fixed it for me.

I've been using the Pulse Elites and noticed it was happening a couple days ago. That's the only time it had ever happened, and hasn't happened since.

It's weird, but I can corroborate.

I'm not sure this is specific to Infamous. I have been having this issue with the wireless headset (aka pulse) and the Pulse Elites on both PS3 and PS4 in a range of games. I find it happens more often when the battery has started to drain.

How far away are you? That sounds really shitty.

Not that far away. I'll give the reset a shot first though, it is a second hand unit so I might send them back if it doesn't fix it and it's not normal. Figured it was a lot of wireless interference in the area.

EDIT: Also actually fully charging them might help then.

I might try resetting the headphones at the adapter (forgot about that). I charge them every night so when I start playing they are fully charged. I'm only about 10 feet away so I don't think the distance is an issue. It's just really weird that only Second Son does that. Never had a problem with them with my PS3 or when I connected them wirelessly to my laptop. At least I know it's not just me...

I have problems with the original headset whenever there are a lot of wifi connections in use. It cuts out and there is a large buzz.
