My guess for the ending:

Ultron wins. Hulk is knocked out cold and transformed back into Banner. Thor is too distraught to lift Mjolnir. Tony's armor has been stripped off. Cap is in shambles on the ground with a broken shield. Black Widow is underneath some rubble. Wanda is too shellshocked to do anything. Quicksilver's legs are broken. Vision has his head torn off. Hawkeye is the only one still standing. Ultron laughs.

He considers Hawkeye an ant and believes Hawkeye can do nothing to stop him. Hawkeye asks for one chance. What could Ultron possibly lose? Ultron obliges saying: whatever you do don't miss. Hawkeye says he won't. Hawkeye draws back his bow as the camera moves down from a close up of Hawkeye's face down his shoulder to the bow, and then continues along the length of the arrow. Cut to Ultron's face. He notices something, but it's too late.

Cut back to arrow and now we finally see that tied to the arrow head is a shard of Cap's broken shield. The arrow flies from the bow and cuts through Ultron's chest like a hot knife through butter. The arc reactor is instantly destroyed. With his last moments of power, Ultron looks stunned at Hawkeye.

I like that but I was hoping for something like

I've seen some speculate that it is Baron Von Strucker. We know that Natasha was a ballerina and we also know she has a history with Von Strucker, so it's entirely plausible that could be a flashback of her's. It's been said this movie will explore her past.

I always envisioned him sounding like Starscream from the original Transformers cartoon. But damn, is Spader sounding awesome in what little they have released.
