Put that on a croissant and it's heaven. Dunkin makes a pretty good sweet bacon one.

I can agree with that, but my solution is to work a second job in order to buy two.

My perfect "breakfast sandwich" is:

- Toasted everything bagel for bread.
- Scrambled eggs seasoned with herbes de provence, garlic salt, and lemon pepper
- Once the eggs are starting to get fluffy, I add shredded taco cheese
- Once the cheese starts to melt, I add shredded pieces of slightly-crispy-but-still chewy thick-cut applewood smoked bacon
- Mix it all together and add a little hot sauce for kick
- Spread it onto the bagel bread

Not healthy at all, though, so they're more of a "special treat" for my girlfriend and I than a regular thing.

Unfortunately I only get to have them on the occasion I'm in the US. I'm from the UK where McDonald's has to try and seem healthy.

Bacon is excellent, but for our location, Scrapple is the way to go for a breakfast sammich. And as with everything a croissant makes everything better.
