Balding Leg Gaf - How do you deal with this?

I just cover up my hairless spots with pants. How's this?

I don't think this happens? Like, not at all, losing body hair is really rare. If it grows too much and too fast I would see a dermatologist. However I think you might be exaggerating.

I've had bald shins and lower calf since high school. Combination of years soccer and socks ripped the hair out.

Just own it. Yes, it's noticeable, but who cares. Make a joke about it or something. It served more of a talking point for people I met in college than anything else.

I can totally sympathize with worrying about it.

But I feel like no one will care.
I hope this is true. When I get home and take a pic I hope everyone still says the same thing but I think they won't

Do you wear skinny jeans or generally form-fitting pants? I think that might be the cause of it. I have the same problem (I don't think I'd even call it a problem) and it only really started when I stopped wearing baggy clothes and started dressing a little more presentably.

I shaved my legs when I used to swim a lot, and the hair in certain parts just never grew back. I have a patch on my shins, like you, and also on my upper thighs. Never really bothered me.

Shit dude just accept it and shave your legs. Rock the baby smooth legs with confidence, and no one will care.

Or maybe shave your pubes and glue the clippings to the bald spot.

You saw the pic yes?

Okay so the rest of my body is like the right side of that pic. You can see the problem. If I shave my leg I will be completely out of sync. Where does the line go? Around my belly like a belt? Shave everything? I am not ready for that.

Maybe go to doctor, loss of hair on legs can be due to vascular problems either on the venuous or arterial side (there are different signs for both). Or its just nothing. If you have high cholesterol or family history of vascular problems maybe its worth going to a doc.

You're not alone OP. It's the socks in the calf/shins area (and sitting with legs crossed for the knees area). I have hairy legs so it's quite noticeable for me when I wear shorts. It bothers me though I haven't done anything about it yet.

Dude don't be that guy who's rocking the bald spot like no one else notices. Just shave it all, even your body.

I was joking. No one cares about your leg hair dude.

I've got this too. You can see it around my ankle, goes all the way to the front of my leg.

I'm pretty sure it's from having large calves and wearing pants.

Does it go all the way around for you? I think I'd prefer that. Mine is only the left side as seen in the pic. And other leg? Perfect.

So it's damn weird.

Yeah, just rock it.

Do squats, go for runs. People won't notice the bald spots as they're admiring the glorious muscle definition on your legs.

So on my right leg, the left side of my ankle/calf has hair. On my left leg, the right side of my ankle/calf has hair. In both cases, the outside of the calf/ankle does not.

*edit*

Same leg, other side:

Yo I'm not a hairy guy to begin with, but when I started doing squats with weights my leg hair got thicker.

True story.

My right leg calf has less hair than the rest of my hairy legs. This was great since that is where I got my tattoo.

So, OP, my recommendation is get a tattoo.

I have hair all the way down my legs and from the front it looks normal. I have no hair on the calves at all though. I can't tell if it was from using sock tape to keep shin pads on for years or if it's from driving a push cat with the fan flipped to drive air forward and heat the cab...which led to 45 minutes of warm air and then 7+ hours of scalding hot.

Just shave it all, everything. Then hit the gym if you don't already and bamboo problem fixed. I also have thinking hair and I've been taking Biotin and it's worked wonders. I'm only 25 but if it gets bad in just gonna shave it all.

I'm blessed with lush, not-so-thick hair, but if I wasn't then I'd just shave it all off. No half stepping. I watched my good friend deal with going bald, and it was a sad sight.

I finally told him one night after a going out and the ladies were passed out to just shave his hair off. Stop fighting it and embrace his fate.

Dude, no one is look at your calfs.

Did you see the pic and the weird line/contrast it creates?

I feel like people saying like no one will look don't understand that the eye draws you towards weird things. After seeing the pic do you still agree?

Lol this made me laugh more than I'd like to admit. To the OP, I have the same thing and have since as long as I can remember having leg hair. It's literally nothing so don't worry, nobody's gonna die.
