Laura Palmer is the better Bastille song.

I'm guessing this is a song? I think I've seen that name before in a music shop. Is this another thread about complaining what garbage is on the radio or that this is overplayed?
I'm not curious enough to youtube this, though.
Syphillis is also quite catchy.I find it quite catchy.
It's mainly the Pet Shop Boys style "ayo-ayo, ayo-ayo" backing vocals that make me cringe the hardest. It is pretty damn bad.
Oh god, is that them too?Their new single, 'Of the Night/Rhythm is a Dancer' is just terrible... You can imagine they saw the success Florence had with 'You got the Love' and said 'Ooooh, we can so something like that tooooooo!'

Why not? It would have been quicker than writing a post to inform us you don't know what we're talking about.
Listening to a Bombcast right now though. That takes priority.
The video has dead people singing as a detective wanders around a crime scene. It makes no sense whatsoever.
I love that track, best no.1 in ages.Nope, that's Lorde - Royals.
Never heard of it, just gave it a quick listen and I hope it doesn't make it on the radio here.
Indeed. I don´t listen to the radio that often, but i hear it all the time. I don´t mind though, nice song.Wut, it's been on the radio here for months.
That song (both versions) makes me want to punch kittens.damn i just checked out their cover of rhythm of the night. surprised it's hated so much in this thread, i like it. has nothing on the original though.
Nope, that's Lorde - Royals.
Oh, and ANY Avicii track.
The Coheed cover of the song is pretty good, I've actually never heard the original.

Still, it's shockingly impressive and catchy for a 16 year old New Zealand girl.there is no way in hell that you can put this song as the worst when you have that Royals song, that song can burn in hell.
It's like a European Third Eye Blind mixed with Lion King. What the hell? I cringe every time it comes on.

Kat Krazy remix is pretty alright. Better than the original version, so check that out. Warning: its a bit... crazy.
I quite liked it. Prefer their Rhythm of the Night cover.
Plus the dead people singing in a crime scene was already done in a relevant way, and better, in a HTDA video a while back. The video has dead people singing as a detective wanders around a crime scene. It makes no sense whatsoever.
I 'd say that Arcade Fire is slightly more mainstream than the Decemberists, but slightly less so than The Black Keys or NMH.
