So I guess they kept the batmobile from the old trilogy?

No,

It looks fucking cool, and they are opening up some interesting threads here

Scar Alfred with dat narration and bruce looking at the suit is what won me tho

Looks alright. At least the trailer did. Snyder is generally pretty damn reliable so yea. It's a wait and see.

That looked kind of shitty tbh. Very cheesy, and a typical Snyder look. I'll wait for HDQ before making final opinions but...

Usually Snyder's trailers are pretty damn good. Then you see the full film.

You know we're gonna get a similar teaser showing Supes' side of this. It'll happen.

That'd be cool. I'm just tired of dark superman. Especially because the Flash show is so good at embracing the comic book-y ness. Supes deserves the same but will never get it with Snyder at the helm.

Looks great. There seem to be a lot of people commenting in here that have no idea that "Dark Knight Returns" exists...and that it's some of the best Batman material ever. This isn't the first time in the fiction that Batman and Superman fight.

In all serious, looked meh like some Freddy vs Jason homage. However, Ben has to be the most intimidating Batman yet. Dude is jacked in this.

Fight scenes should be quite the show, at least.

Broodiness rocks, hopefully superman has less pressure on him and lightens up later in the film tho

But they're saving the light-hearted stuff for flash I bet. This is just gonna be mean as fuck and bless up for that

Dayuum that was amazingly dark.

Just imagine Leto's Joker in this or Eisenberg's Luthor...FUUUU can't wait. so hyped.

I guess for me, I want more dark and grim comic adaptations because they (in theory) problematize and challenge our knowledge of the source material more than something like, say, Avengers does.

So dumb when a trailer gets removed from youtube. It's a fucking trailer. It advertises the film. You know its going to pop up 7 other places every time you take one down.

Hail Hydra.

Amazing how an incompetent director can take any hype I could feel from a project that has lot of good things going on for it, at least the animated movie happened.

That trailer was not great

Which considering it's Snyder must inversely mean the movie is going to be fantastic

Precisely. I don't need to hear Captain America saying "I understood that reference." Decontructivism over passive post modernism.
