Ahahahahahaha! Butters looks amazing! That lion cut suits him so much more than it does Schmootz. Is he super soft now? :) Besides being cute, of course, is the benefit of giving the fleas less places to hide. Since your cat is lighter in color than mine it must be way easier now. Good work on the Program thing, too. Hopefully you'll be able to move without the fleas tagging along. Just be sure to wash everything in super high heat to make sure, though.
Yeah they stand out a mile away now. I can pick them off with easy so that's a plus. He seems to like it for the most part, I'm sure it's much nicer for him now.

I've also taken to calling him simba and singing lion king songs when I see him, I'm totally sure he enjoys it lol.

bumping for great relevance

my tiny jack russell/maltese off and on has fleas, we live in a huge apt complex with tons of dogs that poop everywhere, i try to walk the cleaner paths but still

thing is, frontline isnt working...vet said sometimes they can get immune to that (the super mutated fleas presumably), not sure what else to do...i just flea dipped him about 3 weeks back so i dont think i should do it again just yet, not sure what med to try next beyond said frontline - i tried a cheaper knockoff a while back and it just seemed to irritate his skin, poor guy.

i know i gotta wash his bedding & everything else, prolly clean the carpets & bomb the place, just wondering what other med you guys might recommend?

Many flea populations are starting to show resistance to Fipronil, the active ingredient in Frontline. Your first step should be to try a brand with a different active ingredient.
