I like some of the changes DICE made.
The tanks now have a limited amount of shell to shoot before having to "reload".
The rocket trajectory of the RPG is a lot easier to predict now.
You die wayyyyyy faster than in BF3.
No more caping a flag for 2 seconds and receiving 200 points
Damaging a vehicule gives you point

That's off the top of my head. I just wished the performances were a bit better.

High assists count as kills too, which is awesome especially for me.

A big problem is the counter knifing, I have countered 9 out of 10, of the knifes, the one i didnt counter was because i got lag. regardless of how amazing that made me feel, it was still cheap, and i don't dare try knifing anyone because i have bad reflexes and i got them pretty easy.

And i know you can't just have a counter-counter knife to combat this otherwise you just have a constant back and forth for ages until someone concedes.

Hard to say at this point. The way the xm25 works at the moment it is darn near useless.

Had it worked like it does in real life I would think it would be pretty balanced since it would require a good 3-4 seconds from start of lasing to the time you could get some accurate rounds on target.

- Copy to HDD or play off of USB

I tried using Horizon byt it trips my anti virus program so m using another program, thing is I get it onto my usb drive thats formatted for my 360 but the demo doesnt appear on my 360. Any tips?

From MitsosGate13 on reddit:

• Sign out your profile
• Change your Console region (AKA Locale) to the UK
• Go back to Dash by pressing B, there will be a Battlefield 4 ad in the Games section, Hit A over it.
• Sign in with your profile, then hit the BF4 ad in the top right corner that says "Exclusive Beta" and start downloading.

Edit: NOTE: You might need to perform this multiple times if it doesn't work with the first try!!

Below was the post I was referring to, i'm in the US and didn't test. Sounds like it's been badly handled they should have just issued codes to premium or put it out that way versus to everyone.

Sign out your account, go to console settings and go for language and region, set it as UK region, return to the main interface and for Game Section, you will see the Battleflield 4 beta window, enter the window and log in with your account and download the beta.

Dunno if you have to be a premium member or no to see the window.

EDIT: According to battlefield.com to have to be a premium member to see the window.

Not sure. Horizon is very straight forward and does everything for you. It possibly needs to be placed in a specific folder that's not automated by the program you're using?

I was hoping this, but it feels a lot more sluggish fps wise, whereas I can maintain 60 on bf3 with medium settings. Gameplay wise though it's solid as hell and very enjoyable.

Sure it looks bigger, but I was expecting to be wowed, and I was not, it did not seem like a big leap from BF3 graphically... and from what we have read the consoles will get worse than what I am seeing on my screen

Don't like the new spawn screen. It's stupid as all hell having to click something to spawn there. I'd like to be able to do both the console-style BF3 spawn and clicking if it's faster. Whichever.

Don't like how I can't toggle my kit items with my mouse like I can with BF3 unless someone has found a fix I can't toggle from underslung back to the primary and have a kit item (like a medikit) in that slot auto-deploy and then be back to primary.

Outside of the game breaking stuttering that is absolutely plaguing this game atm, it's pretty good overall. Looks better in motion than vids can convey, that's for sure. Some different gameplay mechanics are in there with the peeking around corners. Overall, the gameplay, to me at least, feels a bit heavier.

The audio though... holy fucking shit. Gold standard for all games.
