Also note that you usually can't add any "radio edit" versions of songs. When I tried to add "Dreams" by Beck to my library yesterday it wouldn't let me because that edited version is not on iTunes. I was able to search for and add the normal explicit version though.

doesn't work like that, it's to fuel the algorithm to suggest similar songs/artists. it's a bad UI design choice.
