To be honest it is most likely a matter of sorting through spammed reports to see if anything is real or has merit. I would imagine it is a time consuming thing and this has probably been going on since this thing started and there was probably a flood of "why isn't anything being done?" "Girls get special treatment if it was a guy they would have been kicked already".
I have friends who have Steampunk modeling sites and other alt sites and they get waves of people who will flood them with reports especially if they call someone out on a comment or something. Sometimes it will take weeks to get their account unlocked. I can imagine this is a much much larger scale.

These girls (and some guys) found a way to make good money on their own terms, without having to be put through the 9-5 soul grinder. I don't care for her stunts either way, but if a platform provider is going to ban you for breaking their rules:

1) They need to be able to point to the rule you broke.
2) It needs to have actually been objectively broken.
3) There can't be selective enforcement of the rule.
4) The rule can't be set up in such a way that it's specifically designed to discriminate.

Of course she needs a reason to justify the ban, but I honestly hope it makes her think twice about her previous stunts and makes her reflect on being a positive role model.
