Uncharted 2 - $19.53

I was late to the PS3 game, saw it on clearance and didn't pick it up yet. My employee discount bumped it down to under $20. Amazing game.

Such a hard decision. I'll start of with my fav games I got for 20 or under but my favorite game is Rockstar's Table Tennis

Monday Night Combat($7.50 Sale): I had fun with it early on but now that I have started mastering the little nuances of the game's mechanics it's become so addictive.
Super Meat Boy($10 Launch Price): Great stress reliever and serves as a good diversion when I have little time to play.
Castle Crashers($15): Fun, Humorous, tons of Content, terrific ArtStyle, and catchy music.
Rez HD($10): Demo ensnared my senses so I hit the purchase button
Resident Evil 5($20 Used): Loved playing the co-op mode with my sibling.
Halo Wars($10 New): I picked up a new Halo Wars in the past summer for $10 and I've sunk over 100 hours into it since then.

If I had to choose my number one pick it would be Rockstar's Table Tennis. This and Halo 3 2006 trailer were the reasons I actually got a 360. I hate sports games in general but playing RTT and experiencing a 100+ rally is one of the greatest pleasures gaming can give you.

Probably Dead Space for $10. Played though it 3 times and got all the achievements.

Runners-up:
50-Cent: Blood on the Sand for $5
Hitman: Blood Money for $8
The Darkness for $8
Splosion Man for $5

Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime and Soul Bubbles off of Amazon for about 17 dollars combined - ended up being my two favorite DS games, and I only bought them on a whim knowing next to nothing about either.

Team Fortress 2.
I stopped playing well before the micro transaction update, but I think I spent more than 70 hours just playing as the engineer.
I also got some good mileage out of Left for Dead, which I got on the cheap a few months after its release. I love Valve : )

Probably play more Live Arcade titles than "proper" games, so it's a decent list with things I'm likely leaving off: Shadow Complex, Duke Nukem 3D, Doom 1 & 2, both Geometry Wars, Uno, etc.

Retail games I'd say include Borderlands. Been playing the hell out of it lately and got it for $15. Absolutely love it. Also would thrown in Conan for the Xbox 360. I love that game, especially with some Basil Poledouris playing in the background. XBLA games would definitely include Bionic Commando Rearmed. Awesome game and probably my most enjoyed XBLA game.

Took advantage of those Fred Meyer b2g1 free sales this year and got a ton of new Great games below $20.

Orange Box xbox360 ($14) - Been addicted to Team Fortress 2 for the last few months. Easily the best "game" on the Xbox 360.

Pinball Hall of Fame Williams Collection xbox360 ($14) - Best pinball game ever!

Klonoa wii ($7) - Graphics were better than i expected. Old-school & easy to play.
They even let you skip the kiddie cut-scenes.

Tatsunuko vs. Capcom wii ($14) - Awesome Game even though i had no clue what Tatsunuko was. Don't have any of the 2d Xbox fighters yet so i don't know how it compares but it's the best 2d fighter i've played since Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Punchout wii ($14) - Graphics are average but its a true Nintendo classic imo.

Virtua Tennis 3 xbox360 ($7) - Best Tennis game i've ever played.

Bought it on a friend's recommendation and loved it. It's not the most polished of games, but it's still a very decent open world game with free climbing and shooting mechanics on top of that. It's only $20 to boot.

Another worthy mention is Bad Company 2's Vietnam expansion.
