I think it was the fact that everything was dead, i remember a very depressing change in tone in the game. It felt like the game was about to end but kept going in a very different and depressing manner, it has been a while since i played though so my memories a bit hazy.

Mario Kart 64 was damn near like a fighting game to me. lol Countering items and shit. I would throw in Psychic Force 2012 but sadly it's 2 player. Marvel Vs Capcom 1 definitely if you want to dick around with Cross Fever.

I played this all the time with my friend. Great game. Pretty sure it's only 2 players though.

I'm pretty sure trap gunner is only 2 players but I wish it was 4 players. Naurto Clash of ninja revolution 3 is a good game as well.

Specialy Urban Reign since it is easier to play 4 player with a ps2 than the DS.

You should import it and play it because not only it's one of the most popular arcade fighters in Japan right now, it also has a very competent arena fighting system and actually pushes the fighting game genre, while at the same time it offers EVERY SINGLE ONE of your favorite Mobile Suits. For it to not be featured in this game, it really wouldn't have to be shit. Seriously.

Not only that, but if you play this, you'll will frown at every Gundam Dynasty Warriors forever. It's that damn good. Capcom did a damn fine job.

Edit: and it is also fast paced. It's definitely what a Gundam Fighting game should be like, the only thing else that comes close is Gundam Wing Endless duel for SNES.
