Man this so reminded me of res evil 2 high is scary as hell!

Also used to gap out playing Diablo on PS2? while drinking moonshine holy crap I don't remember the game despite hundreds of hours... You just mash X button anyway right?
 
Getting high and playing Dead Space was one of the most exhilarating gaming experiences I ever had.

Running for your life and then whipping out the line gun to clear an entire hallway full of necromorphs was insane.
 
Grand Theft Auto IV is the game to play when you're drunk/high. The toned down physics in V just didn't bring the same amount of giggles as IV did.
 
I once bowled a perfect game in Wii Sports on ecstasy and I also bowled a 299 and over 20 strikes in a row while on acid lol. Idk why I always play that while I'm fucked up
 
The only time I've *purposely* played games Drunk and/or High (on weed) was back playing EQ from 1999 to 2004. The game was fucking awful and it was the only way to tolerate it and enjoy it with my friends who were the only reason I stuck around and they were huge pot heads. Hell, pretty much the entirety of FoH was drunk/high while we raided in that game.

I also haven't smoked much at all since that game, even with weed being legal here in Washington.
 
come Fall, i like to play horror games in the dark with big head phones on and a fair bit of the ol lulav

yeah, that was probably one of my favorite gaming experiences... playing it in the Fall with crisp pumpkin treats and hot apple cider

Play a game on Super Mario Kart called Drunk Driving. Everyone starts with a can of beer, and you have to finish it before you pass the finish line. No straws aloud. If you don't finish before you cross, you have to drink another beer. If you come last, you have to drink another beer.

Mayhem.
 
I stayed up all night playing Uniracers and Donkey Kong Country on acid 20 years ago! Still my favorite video game memory. I kinda feel like all my gaming since then has been an attempt to get that feeling back again.
 
The Mario Kart drinking game is all sorts of fun, and Far Cry 3 was fun while high, especially
the burning crops bit, that song playing is perfect.

Stuff like El Shaddai and Asura's Wrath are amazing high too.
 
Not counting the party/dancing games

I would say Dark Souls. I remember getting summoned to help people fight that Ice Dragon, and I ended up fucking around during the whole fight, getting the host cursed, falling off the invisible walk way to get there. It was hilarious at the time
 
Playing games high has been a new discovery for me as I've only really started getting into weed a little later in life.

As others have said, racing games are pretty amazing when you're stoned and I love playing Forza 5 high - I actually bought Forza 5 primarily so that I could play it stoned.

There's something about playing any Halo high that's really fun too.
I'm not sure if it's because of the colours in Halo or the floaty feeling when you jump but Halo feels like it was made to be played high.

I don't currently own any Nintendo consoles or handhelds but I've been eying up both the 3DS and Wii U for my high gaming fix.

Nintendo games just look like they should be played high...
 
A few years back in Japan some foreign friends and I were drinking at a bar and got fairly drunk. One of our native Japanese friends then ordered everyone a round of Spirytus shots (192 proof). None of us knew what it was and took it blindly, becoming incredibly drunk as a result.

We then hobbled over to a Club Sega and raced each other on Mario Kart machines. I thought we were racing on rainbow road the whole time because all I could see was a blur of colors, but apparently we never selected rainbow road even once lol.
 
First time I played Journey I was high as a kite. Incredible experience.

Also fucking around in gta 4/5 online off my face was a lot of fun.
 
I remember coming up shitfaced one night and loading up Dark Souls. I was in the catacombs. Starting up the game was the last thing I could remember, and when I fired it up the next day, I was standing next to the bonfire you get after beating Nito. To this day, I don't know a single detail about the Nito battle or how it's designed or plays out.
 
some of my fondest memories was hitting up my vaporizer, cracking open a beer then hitting skyrim every night.

weed goes good with pretty much any open world game
