Back in the day my go to game when high was quake 3. More specifically cpma/cpm. I would just get in the zone.
Battlefield is always fun drunk now a days. Oh resogun is a blast drunk or high also.
Of course others have mentioned rock band. Had plenty of nights doing that.
I remember back in the early high school / college days we would play goldeneye, Mario kart, super smash, halo and counter strike a bunch. Amazing memories playing those drunk and high.

A good horror game while high is almost unbearable.
As lame as it sounds, I use to enjoy getting a buzz on with my guild in WoW. Made Molten Core raids much funner.
I can't really game while drunk. It gives me the spins and I puke.
Back when TFC was popular, one summer I did nothing but smoke weed and play TFC.

Just remembered having a fucking blast LAN'ing Battlefield: Vietnam while drunk. Something about being chased down by a chopper blasting "Sweet Home Alabama" is too fun. FarCry too.

I got pretty drunk and thought it would be funny to build a bunch of TNT crates to blow up the Minecraft town that my friend and I had been working on for weeks.
I still think it's funny.

Back in my college days 4 or 5 years ago, I was pretty hammered and playing Tekken 6 online 4 am PST (couldnt sleep for one reason or another). I was pretty bad and all. I had one more match in me and I ended up playing this Japanese guy. He was talking so much trash to me "oh look american think he can fight with best" or something like that. Somehow i think the drunkness took over to the point where I perfected him 2 times in a row. He would then shout stuff like "fuck you american!" and then some japanese insult words (I would imagine). I just laughed and turned off the game after that. Eventually when I got back to my xbox, i got plenty of hates messages from him.
I gotta say it is up there in the drunk gaming experiences that i actually remember.

Completely getting the handling on PS1 WipEout while off my nut on speed and E at Ministry of Sound (funny side story - a newspaper ran a story suggesting the game was encouraging drug use by highlighting the 'E' so it seemed to say 'Wip (whip) E out').
A mate and I absolutely caning GT4 over a heavy weekend of coke, weed and booze. Not the only time I've combined coke and racing games.
Attempting, and failing, to play SSHD on mushrooms.

Came to post this, destroying beers with friends and causing car accidents. I usually can't stand racing games but this will go down as one of my favorite games ever. Wii Sports/bowling is another one, used to play dozens of strings a night when that came out. I don't usually want to endorse doing drugs or even drinking in a public forum, and I don't smoke that much anymore, but so far I have only played Dark Souls baked, and I have only gotten to the first bell tower. I'm scared to go back too.

I can't play games when I'm not in my right state of mind. therefore I hate gaming while drinking. Since I have to limit my gaming due to work and family time, I just cut out the drinking so I can focus on gaming.

Playing games high or drunk doesn't really do anything for me. Journey is probably the best high experience.
I did have a blast playing Flower on shrooms, though. I flew up so high I broke the geometry. Or I just thought I'd broken the geometry because I was tripping balls. I also had a very not blast backtracking my way to my last Dead Space 2 save point on shrooms. I'd paused the game and forgotten about it while I was sober, and then wanted to do something with the PS3 but felt obligated to save my game. I knew all the enemies were dead and I didn't have to worry about anything but jesus christ.

Definitely Rock Band. Played it constantly with a load of people that weren't even into games, brilliant times. I hope it comes back this gen.

Counter-Strike is always fun. Also GT5 GAF karting events while drunk as hell were great
I loved playing eve online drunk. Drunk smuggler runs were the best. Trying to get your spaceloot out of nullsec space in order to avoid your corporations crippeling spacetax. Also you had to be drunk for some of the more tedious stuff like mining and the hours befor a expected attack.
